Business Model

ADM’s business model will consist of fees generated from the production of original content, including, for a new children’s digital platform currently scheduled to launch in Q4 of 2016. This platform is currently being developed as a dual premium subscription based VSOD application along with a basic, limited ad supported app. Children’s content produced by ADM may also be available for licensing on other third party platforms including but not limited to, YouTube, Dailymotion and others. Content produced by ADM in the teen and young adult age demo may also be available for licensing by major third party platforms and traditional networks.
